Julie Williams
Creative Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher and Clinical Supervisor
Julie Williams has been a qualified Creative Psychotherapist for more than 20 years and has worked across education, mental health, prisons, care homes, the voluntary sector and the NHS.
Julie has also completed Equine Facilitated Coaching training and is interested in incorporating horses into mindfulness and psychotherapy sessions where appropriate. Her work is creative, versatile and person-centred, combining approaches to support development and change.
