Providing
Empowerment
Through Horses

We use several different methods to assist personal development, with a holistic approach that helps children and young people build confidence, emotional regulation and life skills.

Equine Facilitated Learning

Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) uses exercises with horses to help children and young people with emotional and behavioural regulation and the development of important life skills.

Through carefully designed activities, EFL supports the growth of communication and social skills, teamwork, healthy expression of emotions, self-awareness, confidence, understanding the points of view of others, managing conflict and resilience.

Horses are naturally emotionally sensitive animals. Their honest, non-judgemental
responses create a safe and supportive environment where young people can
reflect, learn and make positive changes.
